A person who is looking to learn and grow with the organization, (s)he will be required to work in the following areas -

  1. Reporting of financials and key business metrics/variance analysis on a monthly basis.
  2. Excel modelling for Pricing / Budgeting / Forecasting, etc.
  3. Review of Financial statements with the management for supporting decision making
  4. Competitor / Best-in-class / industry comparison and analysis for company growth
  5. Clientwise profitability analysis
  6. Review of Capital expenditure and company investments
  7. Ad-hoc analysis as per management requirements

In general, the person should be a self-starter, an individual contributor and a problem solver.

Qualifications – 

  1. MBA Finance / Strategy from a reputed business school
  2. 0-4 years of experience
  3. Good excel and presentation skills
  4. The role may require some amount of travel within the country.
  5. The company works 6 days a week
