About Glific:

At ColoredCow, we are deeply passionate about building meaningful products and empowering people through them. With the same spirit, we have built an open-source platform- Glific with one of our Tech4Dev partners based in Silicon Valley. It is a two-way communication application that enables NGOs to chat and make an impact in the lives of the communities they support. With long-standing experience in the social sector, we realize the importance and potential of such a tool that uplifts the lives of many people belonging to marginalized communities. NGOs can use it for their educational and training programs to make credible information available to the people who might need it the most.

Presently, we have been working with 28 NGOs cumulatively enabling them to reach 82,000+ beneficiaries and exchange 4M+ messages over the platform.

Who you are:
  • An entrepreneurial go-getter with 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales partnerships
  • An avid networker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Should be comfortable crafting communications that get to the heart of the consumers.
  • Have a technical depth of the product and tenacity that enable you to drive ambiguous problems to a conclusion with an understanding of the social sector or be willing to grasp both.
  • Must have a flair for numbers and the ability to make deals/ proposals and budgets.
  • Quick at problem-solving and troubleshooting.
  • Undergraduate degree in any discipline.
Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep holistic understanding of the platform and its various functions while also being able to provide prospective clients.
  • Building the sales funnel by generating leads via various 1:1 outreach activities while ensuring they lead to conversions and onboarding.
  • Proactively look at creating opportunities for revenue generation by analyzing competition, evaluating opportunities with partners, lateral thinking, etc…
  • Manage client’s accounts following up through email and phone for onboarding, contract negotiations, and proposals.
  • Relay feature customization requests to the product team.
  • Understand potential NGOs’ challenges and requirements by interacting and engaging with beneficiaries and offering creative solutions.
  • Develop and implement an engagement strategy to increase platform adoption and usage.
