Indus Action is a non-profit organization based in India that works to improve access to education and ColoredCow, as a founding member of the Glific development team, is well-positioned to provide complete Glific consulting services. We specialize in helping organizations customize and optimize Glific to suit their specific requirements. We partnered with Indus Action, a non-profit organization, to aid them in their impact-making process. 

Partnership with the organization:

Indus Action is a non-profit organization based in India that works to improve access to education and employment opportunities for underprivileged communities.

ColoredCow worked closely with Indus Action to customize Glific, aligning it with their unique requirements. We collaborated to develop and implement customized webhooks and flows that seamlessly integrated with Indus Action’s existing systems and processes. We also enabled them to construct the flow and manage the content flow on Google Sheets as their team was already managing the content there. This tailored approach allowed them to efficiently manage its caregiver program.
It was overall a great experience while working with Indus Action and very satisfying to see that we were able to help them create impactful outreach programs for underprivileged communities and deliver personalized content to their beneficiaries.  (as per our capacity) to make a good impact and reach out to underprivileged communities and deliver personalized content to parents over WhatsApp.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

Other than the content flow management, we also helped Indus Action monitor their system performance and the overall impact created based on key indicators.  We extended the current Glific report on  DataStudio and build the dashboard for Indus Actions which provided real-time insights and data visualization, empowering Indus Action to track program performance, measure impact, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
