As a part of PeopleOps  (known elsewhere as “Human Resources”), you’ll build a winning team by recruiting talent, engaging in people development and management, and creating long-lasting relationships in the process. We are looking for hiring enthusiasts who are passionate about the hiring journey of talent and talking about success stories.

Key Responsibilities As A Recruitment Manager
  1. Partner with the leadership team to understand the talent needs and develop effective strategies to source, attract, and engage talent.
  2. Employ creative methods to identify talent, leveraging social media, community groups, industry networks, and university connections for the sourcing of talent.
  3. ColoredCow hires for attitude and training for skills, we want the person to primarily focus on fitment with ColoredCow values, and secondarily focus on their deliberate learning approach. 
  4. Partner in developing systems around the hiring cycle and automating the possible needs.  
  5. Showcase your exceptional communication skills by ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  6. Highly interested in reading and writing. Ability to connect with the candidates on growth opportunities with ColoredCow 
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement employer branding initiatives that enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
  8. Analytical about the market insights, and participating in making our hiring strategy better.

Do These Represent You?
  1. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents, and deliver regular updates and feedback clearly and tactfully.
  3. Paying attention to the accuracy of highly detailed information and the ability to solve problems based on due diligence of information.
  4. Comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics.
  5. Interest and skill in behavioral and social psychology
