Summary

In a nutshell, ColoredCow plays a pivotal role in actualizing meaningful ideas of organizations and empowering people through them. We design and develop digital products, covering all aspects from idea conception through development. We are a team that people rely on for solving their diverse and challenging tech problems. We put special emphasis on the craft of software development, with technical expertise from the team and a strong focus on customer experience. In the past few years, we have participated in the growth of various Government initiatives, enabling us to participate in nation-building while providing the Government with the service attitude and enthusiasm that comes with working with a start-up. One of the projects includes our contributions to Moving the PM Gati Shakti Initiative Forward.

The Public Sector Growth Executive would be responsible to assist the core team at ColoredCow to push this emerging business vertical within ColoredCow forward. You would be working at the intersection of the Public Sector and start-ups, contributing through your writing skills, comprehension & analytical ability, and also using your knowledge of software development, writing skills, and analytical ability to create exciting propositions for various opportunities that we seek and engage in. 

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and pursue opportunities in the public sector
  2. Use your knowledge of software development to create exciting prepositions for new opportunities
  3. Collaborate with the core team to develop strategies for growing the public sector work pipeline
  4. Write proposals and responses to government tenders
  5. Develop relationships with key government stakeholders
Requirements
  1. Excellent writing and communication skills.
  2. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Knowledge of software development.
  4. Experience in business development or a related field is a plus.
  5. Understanding of the public sector in India is a plus.
Experience Required
  1. 0-2 years
  2. A proven track record of writing skills in the form of formal proposals, case studies, research papers, blogs, etc.
