We’re looking for a seasoned software engineer who has the mindset to do things the right way. You’ll work directly with our clients and through your technical skills enable them to grow their EduTech platform.

Your job will be to monitor and manage multiple areas within the project like web development, mobile development, and DevOps. While you will have ownership and responsibility for the project, you will get help from the team members wherever needed. 

Responsibilities:

• Problem Solving and Solution Design: Write clear and comprehensive PRDs, demonstrating a deep understanding of problem statements and the ability to design effective technical solutions.
• Client Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, effectively communicating project progress and technical decisions.
• Work Pipeline Management: Proactively plan and manage the project's work pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of tasks and a sustainable workload. Aim to increase billable hours progressively.
• Independent Project Management: Take full ownership of the project, driving technical direction and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
• Product Enhancement: Continuously evaluate and improve the product and system, demonstrating a proactive approach to identifying and implementing enhancements.

Project specifications:

• Tech stack - Django, React, React Native and WordPress
• Basic DevOps skills
• Excited for web and mobile application development
• Several new opportunities for Artificial Intelligence use cases

Location:

We have offices in Gurgaon, Dehradun, Tehri, and Dwarahat. We are looking for someone who can join our team in one of these workstations. Eligible candidates must be open for relocation.

This is a fully on-site position on our team that focuses on embedding with existing technical teams to address our clients' technical debt, implement process improvements, and mentor and upskill teams.

We will begin reviewing applications by November 20th. The target start date for this role is mid-late December.
