ColoredCow is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Business Analyst Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing the requirements of the business, improving business processes, documenting the processes, and providing solutions to business problems

In a nutshell, ColoredCow plays a pivotal role in enlivening meaningful ideas of organizations and empowering people through them. We design and develop digital products covering all aspects from idea conception through development. We are a group that people rely on for solving their diverse and challenging problems. It’s easier to do so when everyone is committed to the same goal. As a Business Analyst, we need your help to analyze the project, its mapping with the business, and add value to the project’s growth.

• A bachelor’s degree in BTech, BCA, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• Good understanding of Engineering concepts and principles
• Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• The ability to understand business processes, propose plans to stakeholders, and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Ability to research and learn 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• To lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
• Refining the business problems and streamlining requirements for the solution
• Understanding the overall ecosystem of product/software/system and relating the same with the business trend 
• Researching the business domain and finding value additional opportunities in the project 
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Communicate key insights and findings to the product team
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Working closely with clients, developers, and managerial staff.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
